This concept deserves some better textures. This is a really wild idea. I love it.
Great to see an image with a concept. My suggestion for your image is to make the baby and the skeleton bigger, let them fill more of their respective globes. As a first time viewer it was hard to see them, and I want to see more of them. Nice work!
