Pixie and Lena continue their day out together shopping for new clothing for Lena since she brought little with her from Russia. Molly's art notes: Set up and rendered with Poser 13.0.449 using the Superfly Cycles X rendering engine. Some postwork was accomplished in Superfly and some in good ol' Photoshop. The separate images were then mounted as a graphic novel page using Comic Life 3.5.21 and are also uploaded here for those who are interested in a view of them unobstructed by speech balloons and the like. Pixie is based on Project Evolution One and Lena upon Ali's Bela 1.2. Rebekah is based on Pauline 2. Natalia is based on Miki 4 with modifications by Tempesta3D. There are lots of other low rez figures included with Poser in the first panel. The setting is the work of Santuziy78. For my friends who are not English speaking the dialog follows after the break for easy use with translating software. ---------------------------- Dialog ----------------------------------------- PANEL 1 Pixie: This place has plenty of nice stuff at reasonable prices, Lena. There's also a particularly helpful sales girl named Rebekah that works here. PANEL 2 Lena: This lady is perhaps Rebekah? Pixie: Ugh, no! She's a nasty little thing named Natalia. I hope Rebekah is around... PANEL 3 Lena: Rebekah? Rebekah: Indeed, I am! How might I help you? Natalia: Pixie Dust! Pixie: (thinking) Ugh! she sees me... PANEL 4 Pixie: Pixie to my friends; Patricia to you, Natalia. Natalia: No need to be that way, Pixie. Who's your tall, gorgeous friend? PANEL 5 Pixie: She's my new room mate. Just arrived in town and I'm trying to steer her clear from trouble like you. She's really nice and really smart and needs some time to figure out the University and the town. Natalia: oooh! Does new girl have a name, Pixie? Pixie: That's Patricia. Natalia: Wow! New Girl is also named Patricia? Pixie: Stop trying to be cute, it doesn't suit you. I'm not telling you her name. Natalia: Have it your way, Pixie. Pixie: For the last time, only my friends call me that; and you are not my friend! Natalia: Or what, Pixie? Pixie: (thinking) And this kind of stuff would be why I hate Natalia. PANEL 6 Narration: While Pixie squabbled with Natalia, Lena has been trying on new clothing. Pixie checks on her friend. Lena: This is third outfit am planning to buy, Little Pix. What do you think? Pixie: Wowsers! I think Rebekah is finding you some clothing that really looks great on you, girlfriend! PANEL 7 Natalia: (thinking) Pixie is such a little Bee-yotch but her friend is interesting. Such a thick Russian accent; city bred in the west... St. Petersburg, maybe? I'll have to mention it to Papa and Uncle Anton. They always know about all the Russians in town since they work for Anzhela Kropuskov! There's bound to be some fun I can have at Pixie's expense!
