Mixing Oil and Water. by ladylake
Hi, from South Texas.
I like to swim, play cards and play on this computer with all sorts of programs. I am also an avid reader, mostly fiction.
I am glad you stopped by.....hope you will take time to look at my gallery. As a side note, I am honored to have been chosen as Artist of the Month for December 2022. Thanks to all that voted.

Far out! both are excellent works.
Thank you.
this is beautifully done excellent
Thanks a lot.
These look great! The splashes are terrific! Pretty woman!
Thanks. Just wish I could get the hands to be better. :-(
These two---and the next bunch---remind me of alcohol inks, because of the beading and the gushing lines of paint. I love how you link the oil-and-water forms with the flow of the woman's hair...they grow out of her organically. And the forms rush along her shoulder too, as if there's a world going on inside them. The second image here could be an ad for exclusive lotions, for a high-end magazine. Also, the mermaid outfit makes it all the more exotic. Beautiful work!
Thanks a lot for the lovely comment.
I love this very beautiful looking image too, it’s very well done. I wish you a nice Weekend!
Thank you a lot.
