Yes, it's an oldie. Again. 2016. Probably PP2014 now that we're up to 2016. This is the best result I ever managed with the DAZ mil big cat, better than the best so far. Had to hide the body, legs and paws. It's rather similar to the one with Kat and the tiger, but with more bamboo and less Kat. I think I just used bump and/or displacement for the fur, and since the nose and lips aren't furry I used a different setting for those material zones. Unfortunately the nose material zone doesn't actually match the nose - I didn't spot that. I used my favourite human mouth, tongue and teeth shader (search for my "Poser 9 Mouth And Eye Shaders For DAZ Generation 4" freebie on ShareCG - no direct link as Renderosity doesn't permit that), and did something special with the eyes - can't recall what The picture looks best viewed full size in a dark room when you're not expecting it.
