Probably PP2014 now that we're up to 2016.
My tasty little sand witch decided to put some clothes on.
But I think she's just had a surprise
(The body morph and the bend of her right thigh didn't play well together, although there is a holster there too which makes it look even more strange)
Regarding her right hand - the more observant viewers may have noticed that a lot of my ladies use this, and similarly unusual, hand pose(s). I found a freebie set of Indian dance hand poses years ago that I use all the time - search for "V4 Dance Hand Poses" on ShareCG (by Mark)
