Yes, it's an oldie. Again. 2015.
Poser 9 or PP2014, not sure which.
The only thing I recall about this is that it was an entry for an RDNA challenge.
I think the inspiration was a vaguely recalled Carl Sagan program on the ancient astronaut stuff (von Daniken etc) where he mentioned that just because something ancient resembles something modern doesn't mean that's what it is - the example I remember was the similarity between gothic architecture and space rockets. :oD
And Thunderbirds.
