I think this was something about weird creatures in giant bubbles floating above the earth.

The PZ3 (lgood idea including the render date in the upload) says it's Mike 4 with Vladimir (DAZ) 0.56 (which does face fangs and hands), several Creature Creator body morphs (goblin 1.0, ogre 0.01, zombie 0.67, three finger 1.0, nails claw 1.0, twotoe 1.0, toenailsclaw 1.0)

Or if you meant that the other way it's either V4 or M4 with a mix of DAZ creature creator morphs and maybe some of JoeQuicks ShareCG freebie morphs. I'm fairly sure that the hands and feet were Creature Creator three finger and two toe morphs, the body and limbs was some sort of emaciated or zombie morph, and the head was just a head crest and animal ears. Or something along those lines...
