I thought it is hilarious. maid had just cleaned up a dog(same dog). the same dog returned and done the dirty 2 more times in front of a empty house.
the owners niece must clean up after her cats

there was an old lady that walked with her dogs. they would head for my front lawn. I told her that I have 2 large dogs, and if I see her dogs in my yard again, I will take my dogs on "leashes" to her home allowing them to dump as needed. I seldom see her again with her cats or dogs. she is always feeding pigeons or doves. if it was closer to my house, I would raise heck with the health department. the hospitals has signs do not feed birds. they spread germs

This IS a funny sign! It can be a problem though for sure people not picking up after their pets. Glad they are tackling it with a bit of humour. (and will we all rejoice if one day we can teach them to do such things?)

I am certain that my dog can do that, however out of spite and laziness she insists on not displaying her talent. So, cleanup after her we must.
