So. of course, I accepted on her behalf, didn't I? Fascinating story, Chomper. By the way, are you aware that the police have brought in new ways of checking car theft? Eh? Well, cats and dogs are now microchipped, aren't they? Yes. Well, in a similar fashion, nowadays - as from last month - so are cars. Every car gets a microchip number when it rolls off the production line. So, should this car be checked by the police, might it possibly be identified as nicked ...? Oh I doubt that, Mr James. Very trusting of you, Chomper. I wonder, though - are you sure Maria really needs her own car ?- after all, she has so many of yours to drive.
