Description
There is no sadness, no fear, no sorrow but also no joy, no smile and no light.
It's like walking in circles all the time in a dark room. An empty shell moving through the dark space, without sense, without reason and without a goal.

Oddly enough, this occurs mainly in very creative people ... as long as you are in the run you don't notice how empty you are ... only when you rest everything comes up ... I myself fall into a hole after each new project ... and need a short time to get myself together again !

I know the feeling, and a little fresh air, sunshine, a walk in the park (try Geocaching), plus a full-spectrum sativa cannabis vape, do wonders. I also joined a couple of hiking meet-up groups in my area and it's very cool. Man is a social animal.
