Some people would say NEVER drink milk! I'm not sure what to think about that. I still drink it myself! A very beautiful royal young lady! She sparkles with appeal!

I only take milk now days in my tea and my special K the medical team in the local hospital told me back years ago no more full cream milk so I have to use semi milk or that tin milk why do people have to tell you to do these bad things
We only use 2% instead of whole milk, have for years.
