Started this yesterday but had somethings to do today before I got a chance to post it. This is for day 24 of original characters of color for Black History Month. This image features: Bethany Phillips AKA Dextra: can manipulate her body mass to allow for surprising speed, agility and strength. Frankie Fairbanks AKA Fabricator: Weaponsmith, poison resistance and superhuman physical traits. Troy Walker AKA Gilt Trip: Genius intellect, cybernetics expert. Troy stands in the center of his cell in silence as two Gun drones and mech hound monitor his movement and scan for any of signs of transmissions coming from his depowered cybernetics. Frankie enters the holding area with her larger friend right behind her. Frankie: Come on Troy talk to me why are you here? Bethany: He got arrested for robbing a bank. He's got meta level intelligence. As well Frankie: Bethany you're stating the obvious, but the real question is why did he allow the situation to happen? He can steal funds electronically and he usually works with one or both of his sisters. No meta officers were on the scene, and he surrendered without putting up a fight. Troy: Ms. Fairbanks I'm not talking without a legal counselor present. Bethany: Oh "Ms. Fairbanks", so professional. Didn't you two used to date I would think you were still on a first name basis. Frankie: Beth this isn't the time for...never mind. Fine I'm going to cross reference everyone we have in holding who might give him a reason to get caught. Bethany: So, you're saying he got caught as either a distraction or to get someone on the inside? Frankie: Exactly Troy is being way to quiet he's too much of a talker.
