Description
An old render found in cache to test the 109. Sadly, the national markings have been removed from the current version for whatever reason. Fortunately, I still have a am older version that looks like this:)

love your direct coming of POV.
Thanks eekdog - the 109 has a sinister looking nose :)
It always amazes me what great renders lie hidden to the outside world until the artist discovers it hidden deep within the confines of a hard drive and shares it with the world. I personally loose so many images myself, only to find them years later when looking through old storage folders on my external hard drives "lol" This image turned out so well for you...I like the atmosphere and how its travelling through the clouds. :-)
Thanks Johnny and you're right - so many images get churned up for testing, or as diversions to avoid doing something else and then slip into drive purgatory or perish in drive cleansings. Some of them are worth saving..:).
This is fantastic work!
Thanks Starship!
Hi, nice render :) The hdri brings a special mood...

Hi Storm - I started with some cheap or free HDRIs in the day to test light on characters and assets and rather quickly discovered how useful they can be in full-up scenes. Swear by them now :)
Excellent work my friend 👍🙋♂️
Thanks Saby!
Nicely lit and very cool content. The propeller blur is really effective. I'd love to get a better look at the textures on the plane but that would be another picture. XD
Molly
Thanks Molly - I'll see what i can do :)
Vert dramatic render - beautifully done!
Thanks Blue!
Nice artwork and has great effects.
Thanks malc27!
Hi John, fly me to the darkside of the Moon! (Looks great)
Thanks Ute - sadly when i loaded this plane the textures were altered as well. Guess this is the last of the 'real' 109S :)
Oh snap...Excellent motion blur on the prop!
Thanks blu - the credit's with the asset. It's sti;; a good product after the years, even without national markings......
Great atmosphere!
Beautiful and realistic Render. Nice POV!
Top!
Thanks again Blue!
Love using HDRI in my works for the lighting and not always the image on the dome. This would be terrifying to see coming at you some 80 or more years ago. Excellent work :)
Thanks Steff - HDRIs are wonderfully useful at times. The 109 was one of the most wicked little fighters head on and the three 20mm in the e4 were devastating until the ammo ran out.
Very beautiful atmosphere work in this!
Thanks APlus - sometimes an airplane, an HDRI and a few volumetric clouds make things happen:)
