i love the reflections in the glas building ... looks great
Great shot!
a mix of old and modern
Nice and interesting capture !!!
Boy, that tall building on the left sure sticks out like a sore thumb! Almost looks like and ai generated image, Richard! Still, a most effective photo and splendid capture! Bravo!
Reminds me a little of the Book Depository where Mr Oswald is alleged to have shot the President!
it is very close to the court house, 1/2 half block
The courthouse appears to be in superb shape, Richard.
Wonderful capture ❤
real clarity in this shot, plus a real mix of urban america---old and new, low and high, stone and brick vs glass and steel...and that wonderful rusticated stone of the courthouse. It was designed in the "Richardsonian" style (after H. H. Richardson) of rusticated stone and that wonderful trim above the windows, etc. He and his school turned stone into something almost soft and plush. A very fine shot at full view. (you must've shot early, or on a sunday, as the street looks empty!)
(and Dave commented! wow---good to see him again!) (and this is near the famous Book Depository? a mythic place...)
Beautiful skyscraper
