My new year resolutions start early this year, and one of them is to drastically reduce my presence on this site.
I am not deleting the account, I will just not visit as regularly, or post here any longer. For those brave enough to face the occasional nude render, please have a look at my DeviantArt account https://www.deviantart.com/maruberlin.
I feel grateful for those who commented on my renders, laughed with me or even had discussions on how images will be improved. Sadly, this has declined over the 10 years of being here - and it is time to move on. Thanks to those who bore with me and pressed that "follow" or "like" button. The good thing is, that I will see most of you on the Dark... ehem... Deviant Side.

Admins..... Can you see what's happening here? I've almost left a couple times recently, but I'm gonna stick it out. But something needs attention here @ Rendo.. Seriously.
Why do I suddenly feel like we are all on a Titanic like ship, sailing along in the frigid waters that this site has turned into. We all seem to be travelling along on an uncertain journey and somehow I feel it will not end well for many of us...its sad that so many artists have left or may be planning to leave, myself included.
I just want you know how much I have enjoyed viewing your art! You have helped to make this site a great one by sharing your awesome art with all of us here...you will be missed my friend! I wish you the best of luck in life and in all your creative interests. You have my best wishes for 2023 to be a great year for you! :-)

Damit! Again another long time member leaving… :-( Will this take no end? Will I be the last to turn off the light in the end? This is really, really a sad development. Though I have a DA-Account, I never posted anything there, because I had some freaking encounters with really sick people there and I didn't trust to share my often personal works and stories over there. But I completely understand your move. This sites main business is to have a big store of 3d related content and yet everybody is noticing the mass postings of non 3D related stuff in the galleries here and the frustration of your hard work getting ever less visible here because of that… Everybody notice this, except those who run this site!! I can't understand, how someone can let a thriving community starve away and getting replaced by a unpersonal collection of simple photos or AI-Stuff (please behold, I don't mean to hurt anyone personally)…

I understand your point and was thinking to do the same....I've been here since 2002...yes ! 20 years ! and year after year I can see the sire declining, getting worse and worse. All ther best.

Even though we haven't been the best of friends in the last few years, for whatever reason, I agree with you completely and wish you all the best on your new path in life and good luck in the DA maze! I've been here since 2006 and after I was accused before some months of stealing a picture from another artist here (it was a free one from Nastya_Gepp) and banned for 7 days because of two really nice comments, I wanted to throw in the towel as well, I am still here because of "some" good friends. This community is not developing for the best, here too it's all about money and the artists are falling by the wayside, so who is surprised that so many here are running away! (well done video). - Take care, I wish you a great new year 2023!

I'll keep my eyes peeled on DA.... you cant get rid of me my friend. You are one of the few people on this site... that made it worth visiting.
Sad to hear but understand. Joined 2006, left 2013 and deleted gallery and just tinkered alone then rejoined last year only to find that in my absense Rendo did not evolve and seems like it is still exactly how I left it.
