Description
Other than being Tom Bombadil's wife, not much is really known about Goldberry. She is thought to be a water spirit from the Withywindel River.

Very lovely scene!
Thanks mate!
Awesome!
I, my self, am still trying to find a good way in such scenes to make the impression of the clothing in and slightly above the waterline to look wet and soaked. Unfortunately I haven't succeeded yet in a for me acceptable degree (I think, I must try harder
)
Wetting an object can be a pain, especially something that's only partially wet. Doing that seems to work best in post work with layers. In this instance I just changed the water opacity, and used the volumetrics of the water object to help, as well as the dforce of the dress. Dforce can be a great tool, but a lot of the time it just does some strange stuff. I had to run multiple simulations in different positions, to get the dress to cooperate. Dfroce would get about half way through the simulation and the dress would explode, but it finally worked. Ever render I do I think I learn something. Unfortunately as I get older I'm forgetting more than I learn. ;-)
Wonderful setting and lighting.
Thanks as always!
