Building a "Light Box" for People - Putting it to Work 2
I got carried a way in post trying to bring out the copper colors.
By the way, as a rule of thumb I try to work by this philosophy: Do it right in the render so you don't have to do anything in post.
P.S. the wall and floor textures are from Free Stuff.

Wow, cool idea. I used to make light tents to shoot metalware.
Jewelry here. They are such a simple thing.
Jewelry would fall into the metalware category; anything with shiny metal. The only other thing I did was to use a transillumination table plus a light tent to shoot glassware. I liked the whole product photo thing over portraiture. I hope the folks at Renderosity take advantage of your experience, which you give freely. Thanks!
