yes, the portrait has longing and gentle yearning. More of your softened hues and forms, but gently so---it's not a blatant "softening," more a quiet tap on the shoulder. It's more a whisper....Beautiful god-reds and alabaster tones, and whites, etc. And a perfect tilt of the head. Your image fits the lyrics, and captures part of what christmas is for a lot of people: Even being with loved ones had memories of those passed, so the image is fitting for all. Very delicately done.
