Description
This is this year's Christmas Card (apart from the funny one I made with the snowmen).
Based on parts of a poem by Erich Kästner:
Je üppiger die Plane blüh'n
Um so verzwickter wird die Tat.
Man nimmt sich vor, sich zu bemüh’n,
schon hat man den Salat.
The more and wildly plans will thrive
The trickier the deed
One plans sincerely to strive
but fails at an amazing speed.
I know that the translation sucks, but I don't get it done better. And also if you translated the last line with "to have the salad" it doesn't make sense, since it is an idiom and means "getting into a right mess". But this is why Santa is preparing some salad.
