Wonderful colors on the musicians (esp the women) and in your background. (Your background is a graph of volume/frequency, from an amplifier or mixer. I like that you made it the background of this musical group!)
I also like the womens' pants---great choice of outfits. And you have a woman drummer, which is sweet too, because for a long time, women weren't accepted as drummers. The swirls of light add a playful "fireworks" to the image. And I like how the woman on the right is touching a star! A very happy image.
