One of the best things about this pic is how the creature is distorted, so one can't realy receive a full impression of its appearance -- always good in suspenseful images. However, the bright light distracts from the tension I feel. I also like the obvious difference in the characters costumes, suggesting an interesting background. The figure on the left doesn't look surprised or threatened enough for my taste -- perhaps some motion in the hair would give more impression of danger. Good work
