Description
Currently modelling a new Bridge, again inspired by an amazing Chinese original. This bridge was partly inspired by the bridge close to the Leshan Buddah (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leshan).
Anyway, with luck the model will be small enough to be usable in DS once I've completed it. The OBJ file this image was rendered from had 1.78 million facets when I exported it to DS with as coarse a mesh as I could manage.
I have to finish modelling the rooves for the gazebo/pagoda things at either end of each walkway and add some decorative statues on the ridges. I may try a Chinese Dragon shape or even a cat... That'll be fun.

It would. I am finished with the modelling, but got caught by COVID and then my work has gone bananas before I could do much about texture mapping and getting it into DS. Also V9 came out and lots of people had V9 and some pretty naff free poses that came with G9, so there was a great need for a pose transfer script, and finally I have promised a G8F to Genesis pose transfer script. Oh, and requests are coming in for a G9->G8 pose transfer... Pfft. And two users have suggested improvements to the G8->G9 pose transfer script I shouldn't ignore. Basically I am at my limit for the moment.
