That gown is as blue as can be. Beautiful!!!
Subject to colour settings on the monitor it may look a little purple under some settings, I use 3 monitors on my setup and colours vary between them all, but I use a calibrated 4k asus proart monitor to do the final colour adjustments in photoshop after the render in Poser
