I thought that Bodie may of had mange, but he has not been around any dogs to get exposed. I have a platform for my trailer hitch and I place a dog cage on it. Bodie is never too happy about getting in. I finally tricked him with some left over rice from lunch. I had an appointment at pet store to see a vet. after getting over there, I wanted ask the Vet before bringing into the store. she told me that they have no microscope to check for mange. so I took Bodie back to the cage and he got in with no trouble . his hair is growing back where it had fell out. I knew there was no way for him to reach his back to cause the hair to fall out. he has had hair loss before on his leg before from biting a sore.
so many idiots shooting fire works continuously here. I am worried that their roman candles might start a house fire. fireworks have no place around homes. I suspect that Rod's neighbors are doing the same thing

I was hoping for a torrential downpour, but we are in a major drought. I know Bodie was terrified of the noise, but being in the house does not shield the noise

What a wonderful capture! Thank goodness my dog ignores thunder & fireworks, but they were too loud for me!
I hope Bodie will be okay!

Great shot of the flags, Richard! I'm glad Bodie is doing better - he's such a cool fellow!
And yep - they were. Until after 2:00 AM. There were at least 2 fires in the KC area blamed on fireworks. Here in Independence, they caught a carport at an apartment complex on fire. No injuries but a lot of folks' cars got burned to the ground.
