Mel and Leticia have been beamed aboard the alien flying saucer which is acting as their command center. The ladies have been acting on behalf of Leticia and her work associate, Steve, tracking down a story written in a diary several hundred years previous, about an island inhabited by strange, alien looking beings. The explorer observed them from a safe (or so he thought) distance over the course of his stay on the island. As it turns out, these aliens knew all about the explorer all the time but felt he was of no consequence and didn't bother to do anything about him. Little did they know that in a couple hundred years, his notes and drawings during his marooned time there would fall into the hands of someone that could possibly cause them problems, perhaps by exposing their island to the world. As it turns out, Steve Barlowe, the leader of the mission, has suddenly fallen mysteriously ill the night before he and Miss Finche were to board a chartered boat and begin explorations for the island. So, as a gesture of good faith, Mel, their guide, supplied by the local Bermuda National Museum, offered to help Miss Finche look for the island in Steve's absence. She had already chartered a boat for their project. Once on the island, the ladies lose no time in their explorations and before long, find the entrance to what looks like the cave described in the 18th century diary. They are about to enter the cave when two aliens sent by the islands owners, abduct them and beam them up to the flying saucer command center. Commander Comm-Sukk and chief flight engineer Gor-Lekk are assisted by the two abductors and soon have the two ladies placed in the examination chambers. It isn't long before there is a strange revelation. First is the color of the chambers. All earthlings being examined turn the wall of the chamber an orangish color. But the color of Mel's chamber is blue. 'Well, this is most disturbing!' Says the Commander. 'You realized what this means, don't you, Gor-Lekk?' The color of the examination cylinders is used to determine the race that is being examined. It can't be falsified. Hence, all earthlings examined will turn the walls an orangish color. But the color blue causes all four aliens to be shaken! 'I've been afraid this might happen sooner or later, Commander!' exclaims Gor-Lekk. Just then, Mel regains consciousness and mumbles several incoherent words to the aliens standing around her. A light goes on in Comm-Sukk's mind and it all comes into focus for him! 'General Reevaal! So nice to see you again after all these years. It has just been too long since our last encounter! That is a clever disguise you have assumed here! I must commend you on your originality. You didn't arouse our suspicions at all in this disguise!' Mel, or General Reevaal, finally is able to speak. 'I suspected it was your tribe that was starting to agitate things here on earth, Comm-Sukk! I thought I had put you and your tribe in their place during our last war with your planet, 300 years ago! Little did I think I would have to face you again!' 'Well, here we are, General. And by a strange bit of fate, this time you are in my complete control! What an amazing bit of good luck for me I must say!' says Comm- Sukk! 'One of our probes watching this planet alerted us to your planets dangerous activities on the planet below. We have been watching you since your first installation was placed here. Judging from your increased activities over the past several months, we are certain your planet is making plans to invade this planet! Not if we have anything to say about it! We won't allow your kind to enslave this planet's population like you have done on so many other planets that had achieved the same level of technology the planet below is currently achieving. You can do what you will to me, but I have already alerted my home world's command center and a large attachment is on it's way here to prevent you from interfering any further with the planet below!' 'Well that is most unfortunate, General. I see we have a situation where we don't see eye-to-eye on. Perhaps this lady that was accompanying you onto our island will help change your mind?'
