Description
Due to the severe cut backs in Police Funding, fewer people are coming forward to join the Force and the Federation has had no choice but to extend the retirement age of serving Officers. Fortunately, with the cost of living rising, at the same time, to the point where many people are having to choose between heating their homes or eating, grocery thefts by the elderly, are at an all-time high. It appears, levelling up, has started.
