Missing You, My Love I am missing you, my love, While you are so far away. Just waiting for your return, On that very special day. My darling, I just can’t wait Until the day you come home. But I guess until then, my love I shall be here all alone. I thought I heard your footsteps Right behind me just today, I then turned around quickly, But there was no one in that way. I wish we could be together always, To savor each and every moment. However this is an impossible dream, I’m just thankful for times we‘ve spent. You must take care of your work, I have many responsibilities too. But I still did shed so many tears, On that day you bid me adieu. I look forward to our talks, They help take away the lonely pangs. And to me, that was a beautiful sound, Today when my telephone rang. Tomorrow you shall be coming home, To God, I pray for your safe return.
