Everyone needs some time off. For Lady Penelope Genevieve Philpott, gifted Sovereign Lady of the Imperial bloodline and Associate Researcher at the Sovereign Ministry of Science and Technology, time away from work is a rarity. In fact, time away from anything is a rarity. Caught up in the daily hustle and bustle of Sovereign Capitol City, Lady Penelope is one of a handful of gifted Sovereign ladies who live, work, and use their considerable physical and mental attributes in service of the Sovereign Empire. So, when the opportunity to spend a few days in the country presents itself, she takes it.
Packing a bag and loading up her monowheel, Lady Penelope sets off for a quick holiday. Rest and relaxation are typically what people expect from a holiday. But, for Lady Penelope, her holiday will be anything but typical.
