Moonlight is my new character that I may develop into a comic.

Brilliant use of color and flashy style. Love her dynamic pose. What a great character for your comic. And the name is super nifty - Moonlight. Nice. Quick thought - should she wear some sort of reference to the moon on her costume? (Not that she has to but usually comic book characters tend to do this.)
I agree, she needs a reference to her title but apart from dressed in black and blue, I can't think what else...
