Back in the 1980s I had this cute blonde secretary who was a BYU grad. My boss would drool when he'd walk by her desk. One day he commented to me, "I can see why you attended BYU."

...secretaries seem to be becoming a thing of the past, and the "office administrators" would have had you up before a tribunal for using the word in some of my previous jobs!
How well I know. Having been in upper management at a Fortune 5, I know exactly what you mean. I dealt with many of what we called EEO/AA complaints. Sometimes they were as much as, "I could tell by the way he looked at me." (rolling my eyes) I had one boss busted for sexual harassment. I told Scott Adams about it, and he based a Dilbert on it the following week. If that wasn't bad enough, he named the character Tim, which was my boss' name.
My mother was a secretary back in the day as well a flirts, comments, etc. She had to rely on her wit rather to tame the arse-holes rather than a judge or magistrate. She found it more humorous then those receiving her counter-battery fire...
