The character is the good old victoria 4 and the shape is GND from blackhearted.
The shader are as always from me.

Very nicely done...quality lighting and render.. great skin texture as well...a cool variation would be to see the character holding the stormtrooper helmet in her hand or under her arm...top work and image...!!
