I'm skipping images only so I can get a good sample of your posts. I love them all, and I hate to skip them---they're all worthy of comments.
I love this concept: This is your really creative, avant garde side. I love that you have gigantic chess pieces---a queen and something else: Is that a king on its side? Has the queen told-off the king? (Good for her.) Or maybe it's a bishop. Or a pawn...
In any case, you put two humans next to them, who are straight out of a deck of playing cards. Or the jesters in a medieval court. Or the actors from a Renaissance play. (Like the Comedia del Arte.) I love how abstract this is. And it all takes place in an open gray wilderness. This is the kind of dance concert I saw many times in NYCity, years ago. And the red is terrific---a fine contrast with all the blacks and grays. I like that you put all these images together---it creates a kind of 'dance concert'. Terrific series. Really creative work, Ute.
