Oh, no, enigma-man. Mallory is a cold-hearted B-word. She'd put the prettiest divas to shame. But she's smart, smart enough to use her looks to her advantage (too many people trust her). Once she becomes a billionaire, she'll be automatically beautiful by virtue of her bank account. She knows how life works.
Heh. I like the description of her you gave to Enigma Man, Veda. I initially saw her as brainy, I don't quite know why. Thank you for sharing these bits of less attractive but very real humanity.
