My friend, you are a talentuous modeler! Superb realistic image!

Heh. I recognize the Storm Trooper image in the picture on the well; clearly a recurrent inspiration. I'm again amazed by the sense of a real place you have achieved. It reminds me that I must get back to learning more about how to use Blender. Thanks for sharing your work, Norbert, it always gets me thinking about how to stretch my own ability. =)

Thank you very much. The good thing about Blender is that you can use a lot of what you learned in Poser and vice versa.

Magnificent work, my friend! I know what you mean about the time / stress stuff. I'm trying to shake loose some time to start playing with Blender myself. So much can be done with it - and you can't beat the price.

Thank you very much. Once you understand the basics of the user interface, the program is not as confusing as it seems at first glance. And if figures in Blender were as easy to pose as in Poser or DAZ Studio, then these programs would have a strong competitor.

I would hang that Storm Trooper pinup on my wall without a doubt...!!... fabulous lighting and amazing room and details, always a pleasure...!!

excellent scene and render in Blender, the external lighting vs the interior spotlights is very well done and far more realistic than either poser or ds gives
NobbyC 12:14PM | Sun, 30 January 2022
Thanks a lot. With a little effort it should be possible to do it in Poser Superfly.

If I was resting on this sofa how would I feel ? Protected or in danger ? Because of the character on the wall...this render is simply amazing.
NobbyC 12:17PM | Sun, 30 January 2022
Protected, of course. In addition, a good red wine and the evening is perfect.

Love this one too! The storm trooper print looks really good behind the couch, even more than the other image.

Thank you, I like the POV better here too and I reworked almost all the materials in this render. And replaced all emissive surfaces with point lights, this reduces the render time enormously and the light also looks more realistic to me.
