Your picture is truer than you realize. My wife and I have seen this actually happen with her mother. She was in a coma at the hospital for a week and never moved. When death came upon her, all of a sudden, she smiled and raised up her arm, just as you've depicted it, and passed on to heaven. Her guardian angel did come for her. We were joyful at the same time as grieving. It sounds impossible, but it's not.
