These days, all of human life can be seen in these places! Though alas my doctor's waiting room has nothing as engaging as Edelfelt's portrait to look at, just blank walls and public safety notices...

Interested in the approach of Philippe Bazin, doctor turned photographer, I observed with him that we spend our lives going through different institutions that take care of us from birth to death. these paint a noticeably different portrait of us from what we would like to give to the world. My doctor, meanwhile, collects paintings by young contemporary artists in his office.
