Ah, someone beat me to the painting comment.
Many thanks for commenting, Wolfe! I went and checked out your image source. Used a recent one for my friendly little Santa's helpers scene! Hope you have yourself a Merry Little Christmas!
very cool scene
Wonderful setting
Splendid scene
This is a fantastic scene you have here Bill! I specially like how it looks so lifelike with all the characters fitting into the scene so well. The people inside the cafe look great and add to the realism! You have my best wishes for the holidays my friend. May Santa be kind to you this Christmas...just don't forget to leave him a cookie and a glass of milk! "LOL" :-)
Nice city scene! Great POV!

she does not have any snacks? superb scene from way back when
I'm sure as a neighbourhood Police Officer it would be fortuitous to introduce himself and maybe compliment the owner on the decor? You never know, a free coffee and bacon roll might be on offer! Lovely work Bill! Here's hoping the Bacon will be attractive enough or is he a frankfurter Man?
It is such a wonderful feeling to get back to places that used to be familiar to us. A superb urban nostalgic scene , beautifully rendered, well done !
OH, NICE one, Bill! Took me a moment... I was trying to remember, when I saw madame's comment... Yeah, Edward Hopper... You really nailed it, Bill - what a great scene! You even got their poses down.
Now, I need a coffee... LOL
Folks have a lot of great classic cars in this familiar neighborhood.
I love seeing it in daytime and from a different angle :D
