If you can't hear the theme playing in your head when you look at this, then you probably have never seen the movie.
I've been eyeing this set for a while. When it went on sale, I crumbled. I don't even do much fan-art, but I'm a huge Robocop fan. It was inevitable.
There are a few bits I think could have been done better with the outfit, but for the most part I'm quite happy with it. I think I'm going to have to edit the textures a bit to add the OCP logos and such. And be very mindful when I pose him that we don't warp things too much.
I had this whole thing I was going to go into, but I just got back from the hospital for the fourth time in three weeks. Mom had to go to the ER again. She's been admitted. Again. Her heart went all out of rhythm. Again.
At this point I think they need to just keep her a week or two so they can figure it all out, instead of going in every three-four days via ambulance to try something different, and wait for rooms to empty. We are so understaffed in Oregon, it's pathetic.
I'm tired, and while I would love to go on about the lighting and such, I think I'll just leave it as is and hope you enjoy. I imagine I'll need to do a couple more to help justify the purchase further. I'm trying to break the habit of spending money for an item I only use once and in a fit of passion, purchased.

Thanks. It's been one heck of a long road. She should be coming back home again tomorrow, but when I went to see her today her heart tried to go into AFIB again. About like living with an active claymore strapped to her chest.

Yeah... They need to keep her for a while. That back and forth stuff is hard on you both. They need to see what's happening, and come up with a plan for her recovery. My thoughts and prayers are with you both.
Thanks. They put her on some new meds, and are keeping her at least until the morning to see if they work. It's very scary stuff. There's a strong possibility that the AFIB can cause her to have a stroke. Very stressful, and neither of my brothers are doing anything to help. I try not to complain too much, but it does feel like I'm drowning some days.

Thanks! I even enjoyed Robocop 3, and that short-lived TV series. Got a bunch of the comics. I always hoped for a crossover with Judge Dredd - that would be quite the combo!

It's a good model. I only wish it had the pop-outs. The emergency display on the shoulder, the compartment for the gun... Still, I'm glad I picked it up when I had the chance.
