With so much crummy news of late, it's wonderful to see a light-hearted cartoon such as this. Luckily my furry children weren't barkers -- a big plus when living in an apartment :)
I've got one just like that, and anytime someone shuts a car door within 3 houses around. Good one!

Our Zack has been woofing at will this morning! Seems he doesn't like to see people walking towards the rear conservatory door which he can see via the french door in the computer room!
