It would be so cool to fly in one of those. I've flown and jumped out of C130's, but those older planes are fascinating.
Thanks for the comment, Wolfe! I greatly appreciate you kindness in doing so. Yeah, that would be fun to fly in one of these old planes. They sure have a lot more character to them than these modern jets. Hope you are having a great week!
Wow, to be able to fly in a plane like these over landscape like that!
Nice! A Boxcar, a C46 Commando(?) and a Sea Fury.
Oh, those planes remind me of a scene from a book in which my Father featured, working under cover not so far away in Albania!
Excellent work on this scene...looks fantastic! :-)
Very nice. Flying those old birds is a lot more work than a jet...oil pressure, manifold pressure, boost, mixture, radiator or cowl flaps, intercooler flaps...labor or love depending upon the aircraft and the pilot's measure of enjoyment....
Three beautiful planes over the mountains, a magnificent setting.
Fantastic view on the landscape and planes!
Superb landscape and impressive planes... wonderful image !!
Beautiful job on these classic flyers, Bill! There were still a few active C-119 boxcars back when I was in the AF. long ago, obviously. I actually remember working on the comm systems on a couple of them..
so utterly cool Bill!
Absolutely breathtaking scenery. Hope the planes aren't going to drop bombs or anything like that, though!
Very cool scene
Wow, this is exactly what Italy looks like when you arrive from the French or Swiss border. I certainly want to get on one of those planes and experience the dolce vita from the air! A superb creation, my friend !
Very cool Ariel scene. Lovely work.
