("shadows of forgotten ancestors"...) Wonderful old photo of a great uncle. He looks like he's from the late 1800s or even from the Civil War (his coat and tie would be different, but that gaze and mustache would fit right in). He looks like a European immigrant, he just has that european look about him. Thanks for sharing, it's a great portrait of our collective past. He has a haunting stare too...
