Description
I keep expecting this tree to fall after being this way for years. the street light post was finally replaced. a friend said to let it fall and we could lay down under it and call for an ambulance

Nice shot, and I like your friend's sense of humor!
trees are pretty sturdy, but if a big storm hit, I'd bet this tree would be one of the first to fall over, roots and all. It canopies the trees below it, and seems to canopy the water too. A beautiful way to view a big lake, kind of the 'curtain' to the scene. Beautifully seen, Richard.
Beautiful photo !!
Love it
Just imagine viewing this when you've had "a few" lol
leaning tower of the park. cool find. seems like i seen another you posted a way back.
could be, but this was a new capture. I always take pictures of it when I go there
Yikes 😳
It’s very beautiful among the other trees.
What a beautiful view, thanks for sharing Richard.
👌💕👌
Damn cool tree with interesting story & history. Love it... In Dallas?
Nice.
Beautiful natural geometry.
Neat capture, Richard! I had one in my backyard like this for years. It finally gave up the ghost and fell a few years ago. Cost me a nice chunk-o-change to get it cut up and removed.
Surprised its still not fallen
