Do love their new field. There is so much to see & smells all over the place. Made their day today when a pheasant was the other side of the fence, once it had flown off it kept them busy looking for it. So pleased we have this safe place. Thanks for the lovely comments, so appreciated. x

Our little pooch couldn't see very well, but the scent of the cat or squirrel that it did not see had it sniffing about like Sherlock Holmes. I still remember a feral tabby scanning the dog with an inquiring look as we approached and then taking off when it realized that Minnie hated cats with a passion. We were still yards away, and Minnie was perfectly unconcerned. When we reached the spot where the cat was standing; Minnie went nuts, whimpering excitedly and sniffing madly for the cat that got away. Minnie died recently of old age, and I find I miss her. Thanks for reminding me of her and the times I spent with her. And stay safe until it's over.
