I don't know about what's going on in your "neck of the woods." But in mine, there are a lot of carnivals and festivals taking place or have already taken place. Such is the case here.
However, I can't tell if our “Carnival Girl” is excited about being on this ride or if she was just suddenly startled from the jolt by the starting of the ride. My guess . . . . . . it's a little of both !!!
