Description
The huge disk positioned itself above the stiffly standing body of the unfortunate girl. The little invader watched as Marlena is engulfed in a beam of bright, coruscating energy.
Molly's art notes: A different sort of retro sci fi. This was set up and rendered with Poser 12.0.619 using the Superfly Cycles 2 rendering engine. Marlena is based upon the La Femme mesh with texture and morph modification by Tempesta3d. The scene is the private beach by Oskarsson. The weapon that the invader is holding is one of the sci fi pulp ray guns by Coflek-Gnorg. The invader is the work of Summoner with texture modifications for compatibility with Superfly Cycles 2. The UAP is a freebie (from Trekkiegrrl, and still available at her website).

Nice effects!
Thank you, Annie. The beam from the UAP is actually part of the model as it was designed by Trekkiegrrl. I did some retexturing and especially set the beam origin as a light emitter but the basic mesh was all there ready for me to use. It's an awesome, simple little prop!
