She’s having some fun in the sun by literally hitting the waves!

I created this artwork for a contest currently happening over at my friend’s Unofficial 3D Forums. The contest was started and is sponsored by user alt3dartist. The theme of the contest is “Fun In the Sun” and as soon as I saw that, this idea popped into my head so I just had to enter! Also the chance at $25 didn’t hurt either. LOL This is my first attempt at creating 3D water effects inside of Poser with morphable planes. It was quite the learning curve, no pun intended, but I eventually figured it out and I think it turned out quite well. I also had yet another chance to use my new Lightwave toy… er… software.
UPDATE: I won 2nd place!! :D

Thank you! Yes, I thought something happy and light for a change would be nice to create and working on it helped cheer me up a bit even. Of course winning a place in that contest also cheered me up! LOL
