Hello Rendosians !
I'm back from a travel in Germany : it was so long since the last time I've visited this country because of the COVID 19 pandemic !
I've been in Saxen, in the eastern part of the country. The capital is Dresden, a 556 000 inhabitants city, famous for a Christmas pastry named Stollen.
Dresden is also known for having a lot of monuments in baroque style. Indeed, it was impressive to have a stroll in the town, to see the Semperoper (the Opera) or the Frauenkirche ( the Cathedral) but there was a lot of worksites and it was difficult to take some pictures.
I hope this capture will give you a fair idea of the beauty of this wonderful city.

Il ne restait pas grand chose après les bombardements des 13 au 15 février 1945. Remarquable reconstruction.
Exact ! Même l'Opéra a été reconstruit selon le modèle précédent ( il s'agissait de sa troisième reconstruction !)
wonderful architecture and capture
Une superbe photo qui rend magnifiquement compte de l'architecture et de l'urbanisme de cette ville qui doit être fascinante à bien des égards. Cadrage et contrastes parfaits, jusqu'à la fidélité à la police de caractère de l'allemand qui était celle de mon premier manuel d'allemand en classe de 6ème, je sais, ça date un peu! Cette photo parfaitement réussie donne des envies de voyages ! Merci pour le partage !
