Description
Marlena, not fully awake, heard the hissing sound generated by the invader's hover jets. She was dimly aware of a something blocking the sun. She did not hear the nearly inaudible clicks of the dial as the invader turned the weapon's power from obliterate to a somewhat lower setting.
Molly's art notes: A different sort of retro sci fi. This was set up and rendered with Poser 12.0.500 using the Superfly Cycles 2 rendering engine. Marlena is based upon the La Femme mesh with texture and morph modification by Tempesta3d. The scene is the private beach by Oskarsson. The weapon that the invader is holding is one of the sci fi pulp ray guns by Coflek-Gnorg. The invader is the work of Summoner with texture modifications for compatibility with Superfly Cycles 2.
Sorry I've done like three different view of essentially the same scene. What can I say? I love this kind of thing! (B-Movie sci fi of the 50's and 60's)
