A little bit of filter fun. I've been busy sorting and packing and throwing stuff away in preparation for my move, which is why I haven't been commenting on your beautiful works.

donnena (above) said she thought this was one of "Mark's"? I don't know if she meant me, but this is all yours! Those colors are yours for sure, as are the textures. It looks like a big wave---though knowing you (you little sneak) it's probably a spatula from 1840, or the inside of a tire or something no one would come near guessing...I know you're gonna surprise everyone. But it LOOKS like a wave that you've taken infra red photographs of, or studied it for electromagnetic waves, etc. It's beautiful (and you have it on a rough texture--kind of like a rough paper, but also a grainy canvas, etc). It's really beautiful. Something charged with luminescence, maybe from a microscopic slide. Beautiful. Good luch with everything, Mike, I hope you're surviving that massive heat wave on top of it all. I wish you all the best.
