The face itself is a good study. The only thing that seems wrong to me is the ear on the right. I think that from this angle one would not be able to see the ear at all. But it looks great as a whole though :)
This is a great start, keep it up understanding the underlying structure really makes a difference, as Meli says you will see results soon. I agree with syndroid about the ear.

My first reaction on seeing the head model was that it had too big ears and they sat on it's head at a funny angle. Of course from aesthetic point of view I could have improved the anatomy of poor model, but at that time I had another task :) Thank You once again.
